Paint them up with acrylic paints or dab on delicate pieces of decoupage to transform them into jewellery boxes, craft storage solutions and household ornaments!

The mache surface is a porous texture that’s compatible with adhesives and paints. Leave your decoupage or paint to dry and then start adding more layers or decorating with ornaments, gems and other glittery things! Don’t forget to add fabrics or raffia inside to present your gift!

To decoupage, simply tear your decoupage paper into strips and start applying a liquid glue across your mache surface. You can do this by section or the entire thing, but by section means an easier application and less chances of your glue drying too quickly. Once you’ve applied your papers, pop a layer of deco-varnishover the top and leave it to dry!
